If you send a correction, recipe idea or restaurant tip, you confirm that you are entitled to share it. You allow us to use the idea to improve the site, with no obligation to reply or publish.

The site may show advertising and affiliate links, which can earn the operator a small commission at no added cost to you. Links may lead to sellers of noodles, cookware, sake accessories or pantry items, or to restaurant websites and reservation pages. Those sites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, prices or service.

Warranties and liability
